This place is a joke, I walked in so sick chills fever pounding headache and a horrible cough. Someone said sorry we close at 6 now I said is anyone being seen or here she said no. I said it's 540 you can not see me? She refused. All to close exactly at 6, what a joke! The website hours aren't even updated either. It's Sad because I live around the corner thought it would be convenient but I just aggravated myself by going here.
My first time ever using the minute clinic.I Did not wait at all. My appointment was on time. The nurse and the doctor were very thorough. They both had an awesome bedside matter. The doctor took me out into the store and showed me what medication to buy.I will definitely go back.
Incredibly rude. I went in for a physical and was told that’s not what my paper was for. I was told by my employer it should not require bloodwork or anything and I just needed the physical. Whoever I spoke with was so rude I could not believe it. She acted like I was an annoyance as soon as I went in and then went on and on to me about how they need to stop sending people there for these physicals. Icame in around 12pm on 2/17/23. For a half hour, the three employees (including what seemed to be the MD on staff) saw no patients and gossipped loudly in the backroom about someone named Chris. Stating "take Christ off the cross and put Chris up there" amongst other brilliantly crafted insults. They saw no patients in the 30 minutes leading to my appointment while screeching like banshees so clearly that I was able to hear them sitting at the pharmacy waiting for my check in time.
