False advertising. I came to the walk in clinic for a flu shot. When I got there there were no patients waiting and the care providers were standing around talking and laughing. They told me to use the kiosk to schedule an appointment hours later and that “walk in” means walk in to schedule an appointment. When has that ever been what it means? Why would I come in to a walk in clinic to schedule an appointment hours later? Unprofessional and false advertising.
