Excellent care! Rare to find medical help that is both so accessible (super easy scheduling) and attentive + personable. Not only did I get direct help with my specific issue, but the nurse practitioner took the time to ask me more about my issue and overall medical history, leading to much better understanding of what happened and how to prevent it going forward. My son was very sick. Doc was able to take us about 10 min early. Very thorough. She had an assistant and they worked well together. Started tests for Covid, flu, and strep as soon as we walked in. All were neg which was a huge relief. Sent son's prescriptions to the CVS pharm so they were ready to go as soon as the appt was over. My fam and I have used this Minute Clinic for years now and have always been well taken care of.
Overall a good visit. But they have poor communication. I went in on Wednesday to get my TB test and physical for work. And the nurse practitioner said we will do my TB read and physical on Friday. I go in on Friday and the other NP said we can’t read the TB and do my physical in the same day. So they just went ahead and did my physical. Very disappointing.
