Rude and uncaring staff. Was late for an appointment and even though they have walk ins and weren’t busy at all at 9 am, I was told to go to the Urgent Care across the street. Imagine cvs spending money on marketing to build a reputation as an affordable alternative only to have the doctor/nurse send clients away. They didn’t even tell me to try another cvs location, or offer to help reschedule in any way. Just ‘Yup, they can take you there. Bye bye.’ Condescending and rude.

Arrived around 7pm-posted closing at 7:30. No one ahead of us, no one at desk - proceeded to enter much data on screen to register. Got to the end - no appointments available! Finally found a staff member who said it was too late 😳 Then close! Don’t give appearances of taking patients both with posted hours and with signs in the store. Did help us find the urgent care across the street, which was GREAT; but don’t go to this clinic expecting much of anything :(
