I was made to wait over 39 minutes even though I had an appt. The NP wasn’t seeing anyone before me. She sat in her office alone. When she finally called me in she only told me how to self treat for an upper respiratory infection which is what I had been doing for over 10 days before scheduling an appt. She wouldn’t prescribe any meds. What a joke

This minute clinic is a disaster. I had an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. They took 5 patients who arrived after me and after their appointed time and didn't have the common courtesy to apologize. I did not see the provider for an hour and a half. The provider could care less about my illness and didn't listen to my symptoms properly. She was very arrogant and uncaring.

Came and brought my son as he was feeling ill, the check in process in the kiosk was seamless but upon checking in I was asked if I needed help. Nurse practitioner Kela Gates, NP was sooo amazing the best NP I’ve encountered in my whole healthcare career. She addressed my son directly and was very engaged with him on his diagnosis and the risk of not following his medical care (treatment). Made an appointment, showed the doctor my paperwork and told her I needed what was on it.. she scheduled a follow up for two days later but didn’t include one out of two things that was necessary in my appointment so I had to rebook another appointment at a different place and pay another 100$ because the “dr” didn’t know the correct protocol.
