Made an appointment, checked in at kiosk, after 10 minutes had to knock on the door, woman said she be with me in 10 minutes, waited 20 more minutes, then left. Horrible customer service.

I don’t have any opinion of the services here, but I made a flu shot appointment and want to alert staff that I am fully unable to cancel it to free that space for someone else— the online system produces an error, the phone system is an endless loop that directs me back online, and I can’t figure out how to speak with a human. Not sure how else to let you know.
