Was worried because of the reviews but had no trouble with a morning appointment. Brenda was super kind. Website is a bit misleading because they offer “titer test” as an option, but in reality it’s the orders and then you have to go to lapcorp or quest. But got a flu shot anyway while I was there.
Had to get a tb test read, minute clinic made me an appointment for Friday at 6 pm.arrived 15 min early. Currently 7:02 and still haven't been called back if I would have known the appointment wasn't actually an appointment I would have come much earlier in the day.
My appt was at 6:40pm. Told to come by 6:20. I’m still sitting here waiting and it’s 7:40pm! They close at 7:30 and I’m still waiting. This is ridiculous! Do not come here
From beginning to end it was a fantastic experience. Yeah that sounds weird but let me tell you! Brenda was so incredibly attentive and kind. she asked every question possible. She was engaging, she was involved. You can really tell that she enjoys her job. This is my go to place from now on. May even go if I'm not sick. That is how incredible she was. Bed side manner was top tier to say the least. I felt heard and safe and actually enjoyed my visit.
Warm and kind NP, meds were ready fast, wait was a bit but nothing more than my GP
