Mmmhh I don't like it. I left without my needs covered. NP is friendly but they tried very hard to sell you pharmacy products and whatever is business for them. I didn't feel the care for my health. It is just businesses. They just printed information from internet, try to convince me to do blood test and vaccinations. You have to be strong with your no..ss or you will finish like me paying money out of pocket and with expensive unnecesary blood orders and products.
They misdiagnosed me and the medication I was prescribed caused an allergic reaction. I came back, COVERED in hives and asked to be seen urgently. The person working told me they had no spots to be seen and she told me that I could wait to see if someone didn’t show up for their slot. I ended up having to go to the emergency room instead.

If you need an antibiotic for anything then do not waste your time. They would prefer to argue my need of an antibiotic for a bacterial (NOT VIRAL) chest infection I have gotten randomly for the last 30 years! Find a REAL doctor who will help you and do not waste your time here!
I have been on hold for over 20 minutes for someone to pickup the phone from billing. Guess what.. NOBODY has picked up Finally got someone to pickup and after answering all their questions to verify the account... They billed to the wrong insurance company. I asked why did they bill to that insurance company the representative hung up.
