The nurse practitioner was nice and professional. The whole experience took less than 30 minutes. Everything that I was concerned about was addressed.
I didn’t want to go to urgent care and expose myself to more viruses since we just got over the flu so I saw the nurse practitioner Jacklyn for a virtual visit. She seemed impatient with me off the bat. I explained to her that my son tested positive for strep throat and now I have a sore throat and was pretty sure I had it also. She asked to see in my throat and seemed annoyed that I couldn’t get the right lighting then told me that the white spot in my throat was not “yellow” enough to be strep and couldn’t see the red spot... read more

Awful experience there today. Had the RUDEST nurse practitioner on the face of the planet.. who refused to answer any simple questions about my illness. Literally asked me to leave before my appointment was even over because I called her out on her major attitude. I have never had an experience as awful as today at any other doctor's office in my life. Just get yourself a PCP and stay away from here.
