Very rude staff and provider
Great experience! Scheduled an appt for sports physical. Arrived early. Started on time. We were out in 15. Great, comfortable setting. But CVS, why are there now chairs in waiting area for minute clinic? We sat on the floor. There are chairs by the pharmacy but that’s not the Minute Clinic waiting area.
I booked an appointment and received confirmation, but when I arrived, they said it wasn’t in their system
We went here for our flu and 205-26 Covid-19 vaccine. Making the online appointment was easy, so our waiting time was nil. Our provider was efficient and very friendly. Insurance covered all costs and we got a $10.00 coupon to shop in the store ;-)
They do not respect your time. We were scheduled for 10:40am. Rachel took a walk in instead. Did not let us know about the wait time or just communicate this to us at the very least. After we knocked she said she doesn’t know how long we have to wait and closed the door. All we needed was just to do a quick test and had to wait for 30 minutes . We still got it done, but the experience was bad
