They do not respect your time. We were scheduled for 10:40am. Rachel took a walk in instead. Did not let us know about the wait time or just communicate this to us at the very least. After we knocked she said she doesn’t know how long we have to wait and closed the door. All we needed was just to do a quick test and had to wait for 30 minutes . We still got it done, but the experience was bad
The wait wasn't long. Excellent service. Clean facility. Nurse Practitioner listened to me, didn't rush me, very kind and helpful. Explained everything in laymen's terms
Provider made me leave without seeing me, claimed I was there 15 minutes after I arrived because “cameras” even though I have timestamps on my phone of notifications from when I was there . Will never attempt to book here again
