I had a wonderful experience at MinuteClinic for my daughter's school physical. The physicians, Parisa and her colleague, were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were patient in answering all our questions and promptly provided the required documents.
Awful experience. I was a few minutes late because they had no parking which made me go around the block and then cancelled my appointment. I explained I left work early to make this appt and the doctor was very much available to see me but they would not. Will never go there again.
Impossible to get into parking lot. And you lose it place in line about 3 minutes after your appointed time, understaffed, curt.
I needed a TB skin test done and was able to schedule quickly through the website. They sent a reminder email and mentioned everything I would need to bring to be prepared for the visit. Checking in went smoothly and the nurses caring for me did an excellent job. They also answered all of my questions and the clinic rooms were clean. Overall, highly recommend!
