I feel this MinuteClinic at CVS is awesome! Staff is very friendly and great.
I can't believe how terrible this place is. Initially, the visit was great, and the doctor did an awesome job. HOWEVER, the doctor told me I would get a call to go over my lab results and to follow up on how I was feeling. That call never came, and in fact, I kept calling the clinic, and it would place me on hold for more than an hour and no response. I even used the option of a call back, and NO ONE would call. I visited the MinuteClinic and was told my prescription would be called in promptly. However, it wasn't sent until the next day. On top of that, I spent over 2 hours waiting on hold to speak with someone, calling throughout the day without any answer. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
