Terrible service. System told me I didn't have an appointment (when I had just scheduled one the day before) Jennifer was pushy and rude. Wouldn't allow me the time to contact my insurance provider when I realized I had misplaced my insurance card. I would rather remain sick than have to speak to her ever again.
Wow, I have no idea why their rating is so low. Oh wait, because most people only leave reviews to complain! I had such an incredible experience at this location and with their provider, Emmanuelle Ballenilla, NP. She really took the time to get my history, understand my symptoms, and discuss treatment options. She was also very personable and likeable. When you are absolutely miserable and have to wait longer than 30 mins for a scheduled appointment, that’s ridiculous. First and last time I’ll be coming here.
The nurse practioner Emmanuella was a rude & judgemental person with literally no empathy and is not fit to be a nurse practioner. They don't know anything medically also. Very little medical knowledge and a bad personality doesn't go well. Do yourself a favour and Avoid this CVS minute clinic and this particular practioner
