On 07/21/22 Monday morning @11:30am, I visited the minute clinic with flu like symptoms. The nurse practitioner was horrible, rude and rushed me out. I used to think this was a great place to go on short notice when my doctor wasn’t available. I will never be returning to this location.
Excellent care. Kind and patient, very exacting on the meds being prescribed and how to take them. Reassuring that I would feel better in a few days.
After being sick for 5 days, I finally went to see what was going on. I had an upper respiratory infection. So from April 28th till now...I am still sick. 9 Days!!!! If she would have just given me an antibiotic I would have been done by now! I know that antbiotics don't work for viruses but I still have conjestion and an infection in my chest! Not going back. GRRRRRR UPDATE: Had to finally go to CitiMD May 28th. I never got better from May 1st visit to Minute clinic to see J.J.NP....What a waste of time! Still had conjestio... read more
Great experience, doctor made me comfortable and addressed all my concerns. Will go back in the future.
