Waited 30 minutes while clinician in room with patient 12:15-1245. Walk ins accepted and no one else was there waiting. Kiosk out of order, the “appointment needed sign” was not out on table so walkins were being accepted. At 1245, clinician came out of room and said she couldn’t see me because she was going to lunch and I didn’t have appointment
They missed my appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early, failed to call me out of the waiting area after waiting for 30 minutes.
First off, they aren’t even labeled as a CVS. They are labeled as a MinuteClinic, but don’t have any medical tools and no chest x-rays… Unless you want a CVS employee sticking your arm with a needle don’t go here
First visit a student nurse looked in my ear, said it was wax. Gave me drops said to come back. Drops made it worse went back and new nurse said bad infection, prescribed antibiotics. I called CVS to let them know what happened. I made a follow up appointment and they kept canceling it! I've been blackballed! I wasn't even irate I just thought the regular nurse should have also looked at ear. Now I'm irate. Will file official report with state. No more minute clinic not even for an ear.
