I booked an appointment to have a tick bite looked at. There was virtually no wait time, the nurse was very friendly and did not rush the appointment. This is the second time I have used this Minute Clinic and would recommend it over an urgent care location when appropriate.

Ann Baniukiewicz, NP In charlton ma was beyond rude to my family . They were clearly an inconvenience to her day. My son who she was seeing has autism and anxiety and the rudeness she displayed that ENTIRE appointment is UNACCEPTABLE. No one should feel like how she made them all feel yesterday. ZERO STARS She should be ashamed of her behavior

I was unable to schedule appointment online. With that being said, they accept “walk ins.” I arrived on a Sunday at 3:50pm, left at 4:30. There was no provider, nor patient in waiting room. I was told when I called the central office, they don’t accept patients 1/2 hour before closing. Again, they close at 4:30, I was there at 3:50pm. Will not be returning. Poor customer service/urgent care.
