My son who she was seeing has autism and anxiety and the rudeness she displayed that ENTIRE appointment is UNACCEPTABLE. No one should feel like how she made them all feel yesterday. I was unable to schedule appointment online. With that being said, they accept “walk ins.” I arrived on a Sunday at 3:50pm, left at 4:30. There was no provider, nor patient in waiting room. I was told when I called the central office, they don’t accept patients 1/2 hour before closing. Again, they close at 4:30, I was there at 3:50pm. Will not be returning. Poor customer service/urgent care.
Getting appointment online is very difficult. Having to get code bad . Can't get back into appointment after getting code. Eliminating code could really help. Just get day and time would make it so much easier.
