Be aware that this five-star review is only for the nurse practitioner, Phillipa, and the intake personnel, Landon. CVS MinuteClinic should get zero stars. If you are a competent clinic needing amazing caregivers, please scoop them up and offer them sanctuary. The nurse followed up with me and went way above the scope of the job for me. I felt bad for the other patients because my needs exceeded the normal time limit. The MinuteClinic model doesn't set anybody up for success. Had a very good experience. Practitioners were kind, knowledgeable and efficient
I wouldn’t even refer my worst enemy to this place. Very unprofessional. The appointment was at 10:30am. We arrived a few minutes prior to our appointment. After sitting nearly an hour, finally someone acknowledged us and says it’s going to be another 45 minutes to an hour before we’re seen. This means we would have to sit and wait nearly 105 minutes to 2 hours after our appointment time, to possibly be seen. As a healthcare provider myself, this is totally unacceptable.
Service is good, but I wasn’t seen until over an hour after my scheduled appointment time, which I had to take PTO from work for. Truly insane
