I was traveling from Ohio to Florida and had a minor accident with my cat in the car. I needed to be seen by a Minute Clinic to get a Tetanus shot and an antibiotic. I arrived at 4:15 and there were no more appointments available. I spoke with the nurse and she said she would do her best to squeeze me in. They close at 5:30 and at 5:23 she ended her appointments. They’ve been closed for a while and still accepting appointments and sending check in links!! Customer service couldn’t care less and associates at cvs are way underpaid to care..i drove 20 minutes for them to say this!
I’ve been here twice and have waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time for the minute clinic. Don’t even bother making an appointment and just do walk in. Terrible service.
Fast and very competent. The NP Yvette took time and I felt I was given excellent care.
