I went to MinuteClinic a couple weeks ago On hazard Avenue in Enfield, Connecticut with an issue. She refused to examine me and treat me like I had the plague. I went over to urgent care at another facility and it was a much better experience. She gave the impression that she really didn’t care to be thorough and she rushed me through giving me medicine for something I didn’t even have
I went to this Minute Clinic in Enfield where I was treated very well, listened to, and I felt like the clinician cared about my health. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing treatment to just go. We cannot always get in to see our PCP's so don't wait on what could be a serious health issue, they will help you.
Do not trust them to bill insurance. I am bummed to give 1 star, doctors I saw were great but then I received a call canceling my 3rd appointment because they stated it was not accepting my insurance (confirmed with my insurance this is not true). After I got off the phone I received bills from previous appointments. Now I have to fill out extra paperwork with my insurance and again I checked and they are covering the visits.
Np has horrible bedside manner and is very disassociated. Wouldn’t recommend
Enfield CVS Minute Clinic was exceptional. Staff were kind, knowledgeable and thorough.
