This place has been a godsend for me when I couldn't see my doctor fast enough. I can usually get a same-day or next-day appointment here (except on weekends). Zemelia is always friendly, and she knows what she's doing!
Awful experience. Went in for a COVID test. Was told by Zemelia Miller it was covered by my insurance and later received a bill. She proceeded to test me for the flu - again saying it was fully covered by my insurance. I received a bill with 3 charges: office visit, COVID and flu test. Called minute clinic to express my frustration and they pretty much told me it was my fault for taking her word? Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Was told I would be called with my test results 2-3 days after my appointment, I was never called and then took matters into my own hands and called myself. Waited on the phone for 30+ minutes and still did not reach anyone. Horrible customer service/phone experience, still no results that I was promised, after confirming with the nurse I had I would get a call regardless of the results. Frustrating and a waste of time.
