This place is a mess. I waited over an hour and then got turned away at 6:40 PM even though they close at 7:00 PM. They hadn’t seen a patient for at least 20 minutes, and I could hear staff laughing behind the door. Completely unprofessional. The reviews are accurate, wish I’d read them first.
I made an appointment for 10:20. I got to the MinuteClinic around 10:05. Sign in was easy. I waited for a few minutes before Margarita Perez, PA, called me. She was very friendly, courteous, and she put me at ease. I’ve been to the clinic before, so it helped that my whole history was there. She prescribed antibiotics and was very careful to make sure that the meds didn’t clash with my other medication.
I’m extremely disappointed that I even have to give one stars this experience deserves zero. I came to this CVS MinuteClinic as a walk-in because walk-in services are advertised online. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. on December 22nd and waited until 11:00 a.m. before being told they would not be able to see me. When I arrived, I had no issue waiting. 10/10 today I seen by Mrs. Margarita it was a little busy in the clinic but that didnt stop her from providing excellent service she stayed in a positive mood , even though I had a hiccup with my insurance she stayed patient with me and walked me through the steps for next time I do appreciate all she did for me and will continue to come ! She informed me on all the information I needed plus more thank you so much
Me gusta mucho los minute clinic porque es facil conseguir una cita y puedo llegar en menos de 10 minutos, además queda dentro de una farmacia lo que facilita la accesibilidad a las medicinas, entre otras cosas. La atención del personal médico es muy agradable conmigo y mis hijos pequeños. Los recomendaría a cualquier persona que busque una grata atención y un diagnóstico certero
