This is definitely not a walk in facility! It’s not the employees fault ! She was alone trying to handle appts! This is appt only & they are booked solid for the week
I went online to schedule an appointment and it said walk-ins welcome. So I just drove over at 11am. There were two people waiting so I just signed in. I waited an hour and the woman comes and tells me at 12 pm that they wouldn't be able to see me because their lunch break is at 1pm. I have no words. I would've preferred to give zero stars since I received absolutely no service.
I recently had an ear problem and sought medical help at this CVS Minute Clinic on a Saturday. I was able to be seen when they had an opening and the practitioner was very quick in alleviating my pain and was very thorough In Explaining the problem and helping me. Very clean and inviting atmosphere and friendly! I left there feeling much better than when I went in!
