Jade and Robin at the clinic were great! Professional, yet friendly. Both knowledgeable and don’t mind questions. Great visit!
I came here because my six-year-old son was sick. She was very rude to me from the start. My son had sneezed into his elbow ,because that’s how he is raised, And she looked at him with the most disgusting face ever. Then, for some reason, she was telling me that she can’t find my insurance insurance ID so she continue to try to get me to pay for the visit. My insurance works perfectly fine and used it the next day at a different Walk-in clinic.
My visit consisted of nothing and was charged 600$ even with insurance. All she said was I had a cold no test were done. My insurance covers the visit yet they didn’t do there jobs and file with my insurance so I have to wait 2 months for a 600$ refund!! Also my appointment was at 4 and I wasn’t seen until 5:30
