This Minute Clinic is my go to when my physician's office isn't available. This visit was the usual exceptional service. The practitioner on duty saw me despite being close to its closing time (the CVS app said that "walk ins were still welcome"). She was very empathetic to my poison ivy issue and prescribed the appropriate Rx that was extremely helpful almost immediately. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait to see my doctor the next business day!

Dr. Wendy Ngassa is one of the best DNPs that have provided care for me. She is very thorough, professional and personal. There is no basis for 'white coat syndrome' with her. I felt at ease from the beginning.

I went in for a TB screening, but I believe the procedure wasn’t performed properly. I was told there could be inactive bacteria, so I had blood work done, which came back negative. I’ve had TB screenings before and have never received a positive result. The nurse practitioners gave me different information about the same issue. The lack of communication led me in the wrong direction and caused unnecessary confusion.

First time using Minute Clinic at CVS. Was easy to schedule the appointment on line, and easy check in at time of appointment using my phone. Practitioner was exceptional - very friendly yet very professional. I would definitely use Minute Clinic again in the future and highly recommend it as it's very convenient.
