Zero communication between minute clinic and the store due to its being its own identity. This is a concern when people can see online that minute clinic is seeing walk in patients and they go there fully understanding there may be a significant wait. Only to get there early and wait for the medical professional to not show up. The cashier actually said if the nurse isn't here yet she's not coming in. Not a walk in clinic like advertised…nurse was pleasant and helpful though but don’t advertise walk in clinic
Needed prescriptions refills for my grandmother who is in between PCPs. Went in and was sent for labs and told they could refill prescriptions without a problem after labs. Had labs done with normal results, then they refused to refill prescriptions, ended up running out of an important medication for two days. Mind you, she's been taking this medication for years. Most ridiculous part? Ended up getting it filled on MinuteClinic virtual care. 😑
