I would not recommend using the walk-in feature for the minute clinic after 6:30pm. I got to the CVS at 6:40pm, to try and wait for a walk-in visit and the kiosk was not taking any walk-ins. Please note there was no one in the waiting room. I think CVS and Google need to update the walk-in notes feature as un-available after 6:30pm. Since patrons should head to a different location like an urgent care after 6:30pm.

Competent and caring doctor, I didn't feel hurried, and justifiably insisted that I go to the ED for lab and imaging tests. Fortunately the tests were negative. The next day phoned my home to check on my condition (and verify compliance with the ED visit). I couldn't ask for more professional and capable care.

Took my daughter here yesterday and now have to go get a second opinion. The appointment started off terrible with the practitioner being over an hour behind, once back in the office I could see why. The practitioner did not seem to be comfortable or confident in her field. My daughter has an ear infection and cannot take ear drops. Avoid at all costs. The NP worked against me, and blatantly ignored my health concerns here during a visit. When I reiterated my concerns and health risks, she did denied me receiving any medical care without elaborating. I know of other people at this location who had received care with similar situations, so I feel it was this NP choosing to not be concerned with my health, which is never acceptable. I will never return to a CVS for any care, because it is dangerous to employ people who aren't here to care for patients.
