I scheduled three appoints, on three consecutive days for a sports physical for my son. They have canceled each appointment. Don't waste your time.
I had an ear wax cleaning on Tuesday and by Wednesday evening I was clogged again. I attempted to go back to the minute clinic to tell them there was still something wrong they said they couldn't do anything without me creating another appointment. The person that told me this was the one that provided the service in the first place. So I scheduled an appointment which was over an hour away and I went shopping. What I don’t understand is why they don’t have a printed late policy. I understand being late could be an inconvenience, but I still believe that there should be a policy in place! I was 10 min late and that’s my fault, as I am from out of town and had trouble finding my way. A tb test takes less than 5 minutes . I had already completed all the questionnaires and paperwork.
