CVS Minute clinic was amazing! From ease in making an appointment, to the practitioner to the Pharmacy. Great. The practitioner took me early… asked me pertinent questions…listened to me. Made a diagnosis and ordered prescriptions. Before even leaving the office my phone was ringing to tell me my prescriptions were ready. How easy is that!? I highly recommend!
I had an appointment for their minute clinic today, I recently got an immunosuppressant IV and needed help with a throat infection that popped up. I don’t live close by and had to drive over an hour to get there. 2 minutes before getting there I got a notification that my appointment was canceled. It’s a walk in clinic that’s open until 7:30pm, so I drove the rest 2 minutes and walked in. I am new to the area and relocated from NC. I came for a sinus infection and got such great care, and Jamie was so pleasant and helpful. She even walked me to the medicine in the store I asked about. What a great doctor your clinic has ! Ten stars !!

If I could give a zero star I would! I scheduled an appointment for 8/7/25 and I received a call one hour before my appointment stating their system was down, understandable I get things happen so I rescheduled myself for the following day which is today, 8/8/2025 at 12pm. I did all my pre-check online added all the things required. I got a text one hour prior telling me to click the link when I arrive to the waiting area.
