I scheduled an appointment at the O’Fallon minute clinic on Tuesday November 19 to get an MMR and Tdap immunization - I get a message the morning of that that don’t have any MMR in stock. I try to call several minute clinics nearby to confirm if they have MMR in stock, all I get are voice recordings telling me to schedule online. I say to hell with it and schedule appointments and see if they cancel them due to not having anything in stock. Very convenient and great care
I went to this location because my PCP’s office couldn’t squeeze me in and the virtual urgent care visit provided by Anthem was a waste of time, but going forward, Minute Clinic will be my first choice when I need testing and guidance for severe non-emergency symptoms. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and excellent at providing the information I needed to make the right choices about my treatment plan.
