Thank you, Lori! With how crappy I felt, I felt you met me where I was at. Along with prescribing g what I needed, gave me 2 doable, specific tasks to do next. Also, the preventive care of NOT touching my face. Common sense but I needed to hear it and I was receptive to how you said it. I am feeling much better. I appreciate you.
Was not able to be seen by the NP. She couldn’t figure out my insurance even though I am able to get my medication at the pharmacy without problems. Wanted to charge $149 for out of pocket. There needs to be a dedicated financial support doing the paperwork and let the NP treat patients who need it.
The practitioner couldn’t do a simple blood work. In fact, she poked me with that needle all over my veins on both arms leaving at least 4 big bruises. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
Lori Marcus, NP is always in a dynamic, positive mood.. She lifts you up,,walks you out to find product.Mrs. Marcus is very intelligent and professional.
