Made an appointment online, was seen right on time. The nurse practitioner was very kind and patient, very personable, very thorough, and took plenty of time with us. Then the prescription was ready in about ten minutes, and we were out quickly!
I was going to give a better review until I got a SURPRISE BILL (illeagl) of $650 for a Basic Sick visit with a flu test and COVID test!!! What is wrong with you people! Oh let me clarify it wasn't a BILL it was a surprise charge on my card on file! No bill, no notification just instant withdrawal from my account! Completely unethical
$250 bucks for an appointment, flu test, and Tama Flu. Icing on the cake - they billed the wrong card. It’s bad enough the healthcare industry pricing is inflated to match the egos of our healthcare professionals but when they can’t even bill the card you tell them to use when you are sitting right next to them it’s just disheartening. The process to refund will take just as long as going through my insurance. Going to the witch doctor next time.
