Beena was very nice to me! I felt that she listened to understand and not to respond. She wanted to know everything that was going on with me, so that she could have a better understanding and figure out ways to help as best as she could. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt she had a lot of patience with me. I did tell her thank you because I wanted her to know how appreciative I was of her. Even though it’s her job, it takes a lot of time and patience to work with patients lol.
Atrocious service from BEENA. EMPTY minute clinic. Beena finally walked up & didn't even look at me, she sat down at her computer & started listing first & last names. After the 2nd FULL NAME AND APPOINTMENT DESCRIPTION I stopped her & said I don't have an appointment. Beena says, "Ohh so you're a walk in? I don't do walk ins". I told her "I called ahead & they said Walk ins are Welcome". Great experience, prompt service, Beena is so professional and respectful she carefully listens my concerns and ensures they are addressed accordingly
The provider was kind, attentive, and thorough, especially with my young daughter!
Don't understand why this location is so bad. They don't take walk-ins even though they advertise it online and on the door of cvs. Then nowhere did it specify that physicals were not covered by my insurance. Disappointed.
