This place is a joke. Went in Tuesday to attempt to get an appointment, only to be met with hostility by Dr. Beena. Trying to get my results on the portal and keep getting disconnected/transferred/long wait times to attempt to get in. I will never be coming back to this facility ever again.
Beena was excellent in all areas. Kind comforting and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed our conversation.
Very convenient and efficient. The practicioner was very nice and thorough.
We needed to get a TB test done. It was quiet when we got there. Neung Kwon, the NP, came out to help us through the registration process and got the test done right then. She was easy to work with, efficient, and helpful.
