I’m going to be one of those “if I could rate this zero I would” people. My experience with this location was dreadful, especially my interaction with a lady who wrote her name as ‘Nikki’ when I asked if I could have it for a complaint. I registered to be seen via the website at 1:30, no where did it mention lunch break periods when making my appointment. We arrive at 1:44, check in via the “I’m here” located in the email link. I am so grateful to Neung Kwon, NP who was willing to meet me for the last slot before the end of her shift. I had strep throat and a fever and she showed a lot of care and attention even after a long day. I was able to get the prescriptions I needed to get better as soon as possible, especially as I had an upcoming trip with a long drive.
I had my TB test done at this CVS Minute Clinic, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The test cost over $200, and the results were not accurate, which forced me to repeat the test at my doctor’s office lab. A blood test would have been much more accurate. The staff interactions were also not friendly. Overall, this visit felt like a poor use of time and money, and I cannot recommend this type of TB testing.
I waited an hour to be seen (despite having an appointment). Then I was misdiagnosed and prescribed a medication I didn’t need. I ended up having to get a second opinion elsewhere when my symptoms got worse. Don’t bother going here.
Went in here after a tick bite. Front desk lady tried to help, took my phone to help sign in... got me in there. That being said im constantly getting texts trying to scam me now daily.
