They are no longer having a clinic.
Not a walk in clinic. I felt the person there was unhelpful. I asked how to check in and they asked if I had an appointment. I said I thought it was a walk in clinic and they made it pretty clear that I would not be helped.
The treatment from the nurse was great. However, when I rec'd my bill via text, I promptly paid it from my HSA account, and now, three weeks later I'm still getting texts about my bill so I called them and after sitting on hold for over 30 min, I was told that it can take them up to 30 days to credit my account! Meanwhile, I get texts and now phone calls for the bill because they haven't credited it yet. WTH?!?! I can't stand this level of incompetence and will never go there again!
I rarely leave a review for places, but this is for the future women that go to Minute Clinic for medical needs and prefer not to have their time wasted. I had been having some medical issues so I looked up minute clinic to see what services they offer. Their list of services was to a T what I needed help with. I made an appointment 4 hours prior to my scheduled time, I showed up and was immediately dismissed and unheard.
