Quick efficent and professional
Writing this on behalf of my 73 yr old husband, who has had an ongoing weekly appt at the Amesbury, ma cvs for a B12 injection. His appt this week was scheduled for 10:20 am on Tuesday. He drove the 25 miles to arrive on time, and the Minute clinic was closed for the day. No message, text or email from them notifying him. Frustration. When you call Minute Clinic, no one answers, you just get disconnected. Already 2 days beyond his scheduled weekly injection, he drove the 25 mile trip again today.
