I was at the minute clinic 2 days ago and again today for a test required by an employer. I was required to provide my insurance info both times and asked how I wanted to pay for my visit. I said insurance. Yet both times I was required to pay and when I questioned it today, the provider told me I can submit it myself to my insurance if I want.
