The male practitioner is the worst. Short , maybe Latino or Filipino . We live around the corner so we go often to this clinic and he is the only one we have an issue with and I’m sure we are not alone. He refuses to see patients on the last hour even when there is no one waiting. He is lazy and want to not work the last hr. It has happened 2 times to me with my young son and once to my FIL. He turns anyone that comes in away on the last hour and lies saying he is waiting for customer or just says sorry so can’t help you. Ev... read more

The practitioners at this clinic, Anneli and Ray, are professional, courteous, they listen closely to my complaints, never dismiss my questions or concerns and always explain their reasoning for their findings and treatment plans.

Obviously, Medical Clay doesn’t put much effort into solving problems I went to the clinic. They gave me a five day supply. I needed more medication. They won’t give it to me unless I go in again. So I went to the medical clinic only got a five day supply of antibiotics wasn’t enough now they want me to pay them again before getting more. It was only five day supply wouldn’t heal nobody review. They told me to call this phone number to resolve the matter, I called they did nothing whatsoever and was curious as to why they told me to call this number as a screenshot of the review where they told me to call Totally ridiculous. Why they told me to call is beyond me doesn’t look like they got their act together.
