Very understanding and considerate staff
Showed up for my appointment, their scheduling system messed up and I was told I couldn’t be seen today after driving 45 minutes to get there. Lobby was completely empty but I was told they couldn’t see me at all because they were booked and my appointment meant nothing. Staff was literally sitting there twiddling their thumbs doing nothing but they were too busy to see me… I also called in advance to confirm and had someone from minute clinic confirm my appointment. Awesome experience at this Minute Clinic. Got me in and out and listened to my concerns. Will definitely use this Clinic and Pharmacy again !
My visit was quick and I was able to continue with all my tasks with no time lost. Doc was very friendly and knowledgeable, made me feel at ease.
