Made an appointment, went in, feeling absolutely terrible. They never gave me a flu test, a Covid test or a strep throat test. Asked me what my symptoms were and took my vitals. Was there about 10 minutes. Left with no medicine very disappointing. Big waste of time.
Worst experience ever. I arrived for my 12:30 appointment today Tyler Rodriguez comes out 15 minutes late to say I have to wait another 45 minutes for my appointment or reschedule, with no concern that I took time off of work to be there. Then walks away. Another 15 minutes go by and Keena comes out and says that I’ll need to leave and come back at 2:30 because they have to go on lunch. Think twice before using any MinuteClinic! They now require you to add your credit card details to get to the doctor. This way, they can charge whatever amount from your card in case insurance does not go through. In our case, a 20-minute flu visit for 5yo kid ended up with $1000+ charged from the credit card.
