Went there for the first time with a family member for a check up after checking in we sat there waited 1/2 hour over our appointment time before he could be seen. It would be understandable for a delay when something unexpected happened but what we witnessed was their total disrespect for people’s time by moving slowly in and out of an empty exam room, casually chatting amongst themselves while 3 people were in the waiting room and the sign showing they would be closed for lunch in 1/2 hour! My daughter had an apt this morning for the Minute clinic that I prescheduled last week, confirmed etc. Her dad took her this morning and was there 10 minutes early and waited an hour for no doctor to show up at all. They had to leave and we have to reschedule somewhere else.
