Horrible experience. There is a very big communication issue from the person who was taking care of us. I will try my best to avoid this minuteclinic.
I brought my daughter on a Sunday at exactly 3:45 (they were due to close at 4:30) with a very sore throat as a walk-in. There was no other patient there and the attendant (nurse?) was there by herself. I tried to sign in via the kiosk but kept getting technical issue error messages so I called over the attendant/nurse, (a woman with long straight hair in her late 50s / early 60s). Excellent experience. My husband and I received 3 shots each of various travel vaccines. It was great service, super easy, and positive overall. Highly recommend.
The Minute Clinic staff are wonderful and sweet. They listen, care and dont try to rush you out.
