I really liked the nurse here at this location in Riverside. Very good person and sweet lady, I wish she was my doctor
Unwilling to see me as a walk-in when the entire place was empty. Clearly didn’t care
Good nurses and customer service but always running behind
No human will talk to you on the phone. You have to leave a voicemail for the pharmacy and they'll call you back in "as soon as one hour" or they may transfer you to a national call center where your call is never answered by a human. When I called the front of the store to inquire about this terrible service, they told me "this is how it works now" and so no one would pick up the phone at the pharmacy. Unbelievable.
