I made an appointment online for a vaccine. I waited over 30 minutes and no staff member ever showed up. 8 other people were waiting as well. One couple has driven an hour for their appointment. No one in CVS could explain why no staff member was there for the Clinic. Called the Minute Clinic phone number and they could not explain why no one was there to honor the appointments either. I will never set foot in this useless place again!
Nurse Practitioner Nancy in the Minute Clinic is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. The MinuteClinic has a wide array of services and can even be your PCP!
Clinician Nancy Thao is the BEST NURSE EVER! Her professionalism and level of care for each patient is genuine and heartfelt. I came to this urgent clinic care in tremendous pain and she ensured excellent customer service and endearing determination in helping me to get well. I feel like myself again. I am looking forward to my next visit! I hope NP Nancy Thao will soon be promoted without any reservations. She is THE BEST!
My husband and I were assured multiple times by CVS that everything for our visit was covered by insurance. We went with CVS because everything was “covered”. We got a bill for the administration of the vaccines they gave us, the vaccines themselves were apparently covered but not the “administration” of them.
