Yes, the wait was a little longer than I hoped,but absolutely worth the wait. The most thorough medical visit I have had in awhile, and I will definetly be back. Susan was patient, knowledgeable and most importantly has me on the road to recovery from a nasty sinus/ear infection. Never on time. Slow. Why have appointment times if you don't follow them?
What’s the point of uploading your insurance card and making an appointment, only to be seen nearly 30 minutes after the appointment and for them to tell you they don’t take the insurance. Then they told me to call the insurance company to see where I could go and the insurance company told me they take the insurance and they should have tried to run it before telling me otherwise. Definitely need to get your ish together!
Cranky old woman wanted to lecture about masks despite me wearing one and having recurring sinusitis. Ultimately she threw me out when I told her even our two masks combined could stop a farther or a virus.
