Went to Minute Clinic for covid testing. My experience was as follows- easy scheduling and check in process, friendly NP who was also attentive to details! Good experience overall! No complaints!
Came today for a 8:10am appointment. Waited til 9:45am. NOBODY SHOWED UP!!!! The staff at CVS was rude. Said they have nothing to do with the minute clinic & they would try to call someone. 5 upset people left trying to find somewhere else to get seen. I ended up going to IU Health to get seen. I constantly checked my text & email. I got no notifications no staff was going to show up. I was disappointed!
A month after my visit they say they are going to charge my over $70.00 when I tried to call to ask why. Because I have insurance, I can't get through to them 1st time I was on hold about 35 minutes before I gave up. 2nd attempt was no better.
This lady is extremely rude. She used a very condescending voice with me. She also made a joke (in my opinion) on my hair which I feel should not have been made because I’m not here for my hair. I feel it was very uncalled for and unnecessary. She continued to ask me the same questions that I had just answered which let me know she didn’t care and she wasn’t listening to me. The NP was incredibly helpful. She listened to everything I had to say about what I was experiencing, and offered several solutions that helped immensely.
