I made an appointment at the Minute Clinic for 3:30 pm and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived on time at 3:15. At 4:11 pm, the single health care practitioner on staff approached me and asked what i was there for. I told her that I wanted her to listen to my heart, and that I thought I needed a referral to a cardiologist. She told me they don't do referrals and to go to the ER. Refused a service they said they offer and that they would just send my husband for X-ray's and not treat. Even though we know what he has, gets it once a year every year for 20+ years. She was rude and unhelpful will not go back
