My CVS Minute Clinic vaccine appointment was very good. I did not have to wait since I made an appointment and the nurse was extremely friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable and less anxious about getting my vaccine. She reviewed my shot record to make sure I was getting the right dose, which I very much appreciated.

Made an appointment for 510 pm on 12/27/24. The online check in was stuck at 60% in a loop. Kiosk would not let me log in and even though the Dr. Said she saw me there waiting on time she wouldn't validate my appointment. The appointment was cancelled and I was told to leave.
