I give this CVS site 5 stars. The environment is friendly, and clean. The NP greeted me with a smile. She was very knowledgeable; and she answered all of my questions in a professional matter. I will be coming here again for my next vaccination.
They make you fill out a form about your symptoms that you have already done online. They tell you to arrive 10 minutes early but they are never on time for my appointment. Even when you schedule an appointment first thing in the morning. Might as well walk-in and get better service I guess.
I was highly disappointed in my experience here. I have posion oak on my arms, legs, etc., basically all over. I needed to get something more than OTC treatment. The NP didn't even know what to do about posion oak, and wasn't even sure how it had spread over my body.. Now, I don't expect Doctors to know everything, but posion oak seems like that's something pretty basic to treat and should have been something she was familiar with.
