I'm raging I didn't come in sooner. I get ear infections a lot as a swimmer. Probably yearly if not twice a year. Usually they go away on their own with some homeopathic treatments. This time it was extra angry up in my ear. FNP Sandifort was amazing. She listened to me and treated me for my issue. She treated me with kindness and respect. The appointment system was easy to navigate and the on site provider was knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate.
I had a great experience here. My practitioner was on time, pleasant and thorough. I am thankful this was an option when my PCP could not fit me in.
Just go to urgent care and skip the minute clinic. They couldn’t handle a cold and sent me to urgent care.
