Had a very positive experience at the Minute Clinic at the Sand Lake CVS. The Nurse Practitioner who helped me was very personable, kind, and professional. I will return because of her. Overall, I receive great customer service and care. Thank you.
We were in Orlando for a tournament for my child. Saw the NP. She was helpful and able to diagnose and prescribe a medication quickly. We were seen within 10 minutes of the appointment time. The pharmacy accepted our out of state insurance and took less than 10 minutes to fill.
The personnel is good but there’s only one at a time and you can count to always have your appointment be 20+ minute late - I’m writing this after waiting 40 minutes for mine.

I'm raging I didn't come in sooner. I get ear infections a lot as a swimmer. Probably yearly if not twice a year. Usually they go away on their own with some homeopathic treatments. This time it was extra angry up in my ear. FNP Sandifort was amazing. She listened to me and treated me for my issue. She treated me with kindness and respect. I felt at ease and comfortable with the care I was receiving. I will definitely be back to see her for future issues.
