I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nurse Practitioner Myrna and her lovely nurse. They were very kind and genuinely cared about my wellbeing as a whole. I was in and out of the clinic with a treatment plan and my medication in under 30 minutes. I will definitely coming back for the hospitality and quality care. They provided an awesome experience especially after the urgent care I went to prior had a wait time of 1 hour and 30 minutes, and Minute Clinic took me in immediately with no appointment. 10/10!!!!
The doctor prescribed me something and also recommended I see a specialist for the issue. It’s rare that I hear a minute clinic doctor suggest someone else to evaluate the problem, and I really appreciated this. I could tell she cared about me as a patient.
Excellent attention
Made an appt. Drove out to store at appt time. Signed in and it said I no longer had an appt even though I had a confirmation code.Knocked on door. Nobody came out. Tried to call and got a robot. HORRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER RETURN
