This place does not respect anyone’s time. I’ve been up since 4 am, came here straight from work with with an appointment and have been sitting in the waiting area for 30 minutes now to simply refill a prescription. The whole point of coming to a “minute clinic” is to be seen quickly. Ridiculous.
The most efficient service. Nurse Practitioner was phenomenal, super friendly, professional, and thorough.
Wish there was an option for 0 stars… I showed up a few minutes late on 2 separate dates and was denied from my walk in 2 days in a row, regardless of the pain I’m currently going through. The workers are inconsiderate and are there for a pay check, and could give to f’s about your wellbeing. I’m disappointed upset and frustrated. Not cool.
went to this cvs/minute clinic for my meds only, i was charged $75 for a 5mts visit after 30mts wait time. nurse (not specialised) charged me $75/- just to place temp tablets with insurance. This nurse mentioned my insurance does not support which is a false information when i check back with my insurance does support.
