Heather is fantastic. She listens and truly cares. She made me feel safe and comfortable.
Signed up to be on the wait list for my son. The wait list stated that he would be seen in approximately 40 minutes, which is when we arrived. I did NOT see anywhere on the site that mentioned that there is a possibility that you might not be seen if the clinic doesn't receive cancelations. We waited in the waiting room for the physician to let us know that there was a good chance we would not be seen because it's flu season, and patients rarely cancel. The provider was extremely rude. We made an appointment because it said walk in welcome and the website said we would be seen within 30 mins. After waiting 30 mins she came out and said there’s no telling when we’d be seen, all in a very condescending and patronizing tone. Would not recommend
I always rely on CVS for a fast visit. The nurse was good and helpful.
