I would absolutely under no circumstances go here for a DOT Physical. The nurse practitioner has absolutely no idea what she is doing nor talking about. They’ll milk you for your $119 and make you come back for a “check up” for another $35 to get your medical card. These people are literally crazy.
This place is awful. The fact that there are so many bad reviews yet the same employees are still working there says something.
