Last time I was there the staff was really good. Lit of chuckles while I was getting my flu shot. I'll use them again next fall.
Had a follow up and they randomly closed for the day and canceled my appt. Terrible experience.
Great option when you want to be seen same day. Service was good, practitioner was easy to talk with and caring.
I am giving 1 star because I can't leave a 0. I made an appt and even though it wasn't busy, I waited 25 minutes to be seen while the practitioner accepted a walk in patient right before my appt. She was rude, with horrible bedside manner. When I asked her how she determined my diagnosis - Her response was, "Because I looked in your ear". The nurse seemed annoyed from the very beginning of my visit. When I booked my appointment the day prior, the scheduling system had several tab options for the reason for the appointment. I went in for ear wax removal, but the tab I selected included two other options grouped together in the same tab, as shown in the screenshot I attached.
