NP Body and the nurse were very kind and helpful today. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time and also witnessed them fit in a walk-in right after me in a helpful, efficient manner. Thanks so much! Sadly our healthcare system is overwhelmed and it’s difficult to get in to see my PCP quickly, so I really appreciated being able to make a next day appointment here.
If I could leave a zero I would this was absolutely the laziest staff that I’ve ever witnessed in my life. They all should be replaced by CVS. They said they were full and had a walk-in clinic. No one was there for over an hour so I waited and waited while the two practitioners sat in their office and did absolutely nothing people signed up online, but never showed up. First time using Minute Clinic which I find to be very convenient. It was an easy process to set up the appointment online as well as checking in. The practitioner was very knowledgeable and kind. She walked me through the process and explained thoroughly everything including next steps. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely go back in the future and refer all my friends.
I recently had two visits to this Minute Clinic, and both times I encountered issues with my insurance information. Despite confirming my insurance details during both visits, I received a bill showing incorrect information, resulting in unexpectedly high charges.
