I am giving 1 star because I can't leave a 0. I made an appt and even though it wasn't busy, I waited 25 minutes to be seen while the practitioner accepted a walk in patient right before my appt. She was rude, with horrible bedside manner. When I asked her how she determined my diagnosis - Her response was, "Because I looked in your ear". The nurse seemed annoyed from the very beginning of my visit. When I booked my appointment the day prior, the scheduling system had several tab options for the reason for the appointment. I went in for ear wax removal, but the tab I selected included two other options grouped together in the same tab, as shown in the screenshot I attached. The check in medical assistant was great but the Nurse Practitioner Gloria was rude short and dismissive. I kept telling her I was in pain. I didn’t even get a print out but the patient prior to me did. She kept asking questions to position my health history in a negative manner. She wouldn’t take my first response as the answer. She kept asking the question until she got a negative response to my health history. I didn’t feel comfortable at all during the process. The nurse I had made me feel like had germs and was going to give her something her patients was thin and I felt like I like I did something when I just walk in the room idk I was ready to leave my blood pressure was so high
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first God awful experience at a CVS minuteclinic. I really wish I knew the name of the young woman that I saw that was supposed to help me. Anyway, my appointment was at 10:40am this past Monday (1/5). I did not get seen until about 11/11:15am. That's fine, I wasn't in any rush. But, as soon as I saw my provider wearing slides with her feet out, I knew it wasn't going to be good.
